Junior Centreboard Captain Report (Nautical News November)

Hi, my name is Jack Swallow and I am the new Junior Centreboard Captain having taken over from Joel Barnden.  I would like to thank everyone for voting me into this position.

The season is up and running and all fleets are training hard with a great turnout in all classes.

During the winter we not only raced at EFYC but also many attended the Winter Solo Series at South of Perth Yacht Club.

Since then, the Pelicans have raced in the Peter Mapstone Race, the BICs and Flying Ants competed in the Ocean Classic and the 125’s raced at Port Bouvard along with the club consistency and club heat races.

I am looking forward to a fantastic season at EFYC, not only on the water but also socially.

My role is to represent all the EFYC Junior sailors, so if you have any suggestions please let me know.
