Bar & Restaurant Rules

If less that 6 people are in the Bar after 2100 hours, staff are entitled to close

CLUB FACILITIES, SERVICES & RULES

All enclosed areas of the Clubhouse are “Smoke free”.  Smoking is only permitted on the Function Area Balcony and in the barbecue area.
Ice is located under the balcony.  See Club office to purchase.


YOUR GUESTS

Covered by Section 28 of Constitution and Section 5 of Club Rules.(see downloads section)
Members are allowed 5 guests on any occasion and any one guest is limited to 6 visits per year, unless a private function or prior arrangement has been made with the General Manager.
Regular guests are required to join the club.
All guests must sign the Visitors Book located at the entry of the Family Lounge & Members Bar.  This is a Club Rule.

 

DRESS STANDARD

Shirt with sleeves.  Footwear.  No hats to be worn in Members Bar other than on special occasions, e.g. Melbourne Cup.  Hats are permitted on the balcony.
Wet Bar is for use if you are inappropriately dressed or wearing wet or dirty attire.

 

CLUB CONDUCT

Ringing the bell involves the purchase of 2 jugs of beer for consumption for those present in the bar.  If the bell is rung on Friday evening, the “ringer” must buy a drink for everyone present.

Offensive / abusive behaviour will result in removal of that member or guest from the bar and disciplinary action will follow.  Bar staff have the discretion to refuse service to visibly intoxicated persons.

Members are responsible for their guest’s behaviour and conduct.  Children are to be supervised at all times and are permitted in all areas except the Member’s Bar.
