KEELBOAT PRESENTATION NIGHT
SATURDAY 25 MAY AT 6.30pm
We are organizing a Fun Night to celebrate another successful sailing season 2012-13.
This year’s theme is: Crazy Hats - There will be prizes to be won for craziest hat!!!
Start the night with a delicious three course meal:
• Starter: Carrot & Ginger crème Fraiche & Chives
• Main: Baked pistachio & dukkah crusted Barramundi with saffron butter sauce, potato rosti & sautee mushroom Or Braised beef cheek, sweet potato and apple relish, potato puree and gremolata Or Forrest mushroom risotto, asparagus and saved parmesan cheese.
• Dessert: Baked apple struddle with vanilla ice cream.
• Coffee & Tea Station

POWER YACHT PRESENTATION NIGHT
SATURDAY 8 JUNE
This year we have planned a 5 star Black tie Dinner Dance to gather our Power Yacht section together and have the best time closing the Summer Season. Theme: ‘Raffles Hotel Singapore 1930s’.
Start the night at the “Long Bar” with pre dinner cocktails (Mojito, Singapore Slim, Beijin Bellini and Pina Colada), followed by a plated three course exquisite Asian style dining experience and end the night dancing away with “Miss M’s Trio”.

6.30 to 8.30pm - Cocktails will be available for purchase
7.15pm – Entree Served
8.00pm – Main Course Served
8.45pm- Presentations
8.55pm – Dessert served
9.00pm – Miss M’s Trio Commence

TRADITIONAL JAPANESE HIGH SOCIETY CUISINE SATURDAY 22 JUNE
Following the success of last year’s Long Table dinner we are bringing back this special event and this year’s theme is Japanese finest flavours. Once again, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a sumptuous wine and food experience.
Complimentary Silkwood wines will accompany each course presented by master winemaker Blair Meiklejohn while enjoying soft background music.

Winter Sailing is ON
RESTAURANT NEWS
WEDNESDAYS we have our famous Weber.
With multiple delicious choices specially prepared by our Chef and Kitchen Crew.
Now the warmer weather has arrived, our traditional Weber menu will include a variety of gourmet salads as well as the usual Weber Beef, Fish, Vegetarian Pasta, Chicken and Lamb Dish and wedges.
Sample Salad Menu:
Waldorf salad, Beans, feta and walnut salad, Chickpea salad, Thai beef salad, Cesar Salad, Soba noodle, Greek, Garden Salad and much more.
THURSDAYS THEME DINNING
We offer Themed Dinning. Every week our Chef chooses different flavours so you get a chance to experience variety and culinary delights from around the world.
